   ご自宅以外の学校等のパソコンを利用していただいて構いませんが、
   個人情報欄のメールアドレスについては、携帯電話のものに設定してください。
2. プリンターをお持ちでない場合
   ご自宅以外の学校等のプリンターを利用していただいて構いません。
   申込・決済完了後に再度インターネット・プリンターの整っている環境からアクセスしていただき、『インターネット出願システム ログイン』ボタンよりログインをしてから印刷してください。

   You can use a printer at a school other than your home.

利用することは可能です。
「入学志願票」等をプリントアウトするため、パソコンで使用できるメールアドレスを推奨しています。
登録されたメールアドレスは、Web登録完了の通知や入金完了の通知に使用しますのでドメイン（@e-apply.jp）を受信指定してください。
メールサービスを運営する会社の迷惑メール対策の関係から、ウイルスや迷惑メールと判断され通常の受信ボックスに振り分けられずにご覧いただけないケースや、メール自体が届かない場合がありますのでご注意ください。
登録したメールアドレスは変更できませんのでご注意ください。

氏名や住所等を入力する際に、異体字等の漢字が登録エラーになる場合は、代替の漢字（なければカタカナ）を入力してください。
なお、受験票や合格通知書などは、入力した文字のまま印字されます。

If a registration error occurs when inputting Chinese characters such as variant character for names and addresses, please use alternative characters (if unable to find such a character, use Katakana).

入力した郵便番号をもう一度確認してください。 市町村合併などで旧住所が表示されたり、郵便局での登録が正規のものと違う場合がございます。お手数ですが、画面上に表示された住所を消して、正しい住所を入力してください。

Please check if the postal code you entered is correct.
The old address may be displayed due to municipal merger or the registration at the post office may be different from the regular one.
Please delete the address on the screen and enter the correct address.

途中で中断した場合は、後で続きを入力することはできません。
操作の中断から一定時間経過すると、データの保存ができませんので、お手数ですがはじめから入力し直してください。

サイトの次画面への引継ぎが正常に行われなかった場合に表示されるエラーメッセージです。
「ブックマーク」や「お気に入り」に登録したURLからアクセスされている場合や、 他に大量通信（他セッション）を行っている場合等に発生することがあります。
この場合、再度インターネット出願TOP画面からアクセスをしていただき、登録をやり直してください。

通常の手続が正しく行われれば『取扱明細書兼領収書』や『利用明細』は、送付の必要はありません。
しかし何らかのトラブルがあった場合には、払込みを証明する書類として必要になりますので、大切に保管しておいてください。

Web登録後に発行された受付番号（12桁）とメールアドレス、生年月日で確認することができます。

1. TOPページに表示されている、『インターネット出願システム ログイン』ボタンよりログインをして、登録内容の確認を行えます。
2. Web登録時に送信されたメールに、申込み内容確認用のURLが記載されています。 このURLよりログインをして、登録内容の確認を行えます。

確認メールが届かない原因の主なものとして、メールアドレスの登録ミス、メールソフトのフィルターにより「迷惑メール」フォルダーに振り分けられている、等が考えられます。
また、メール経由でなくても、登録内容は確認できます。TOPページに表示されている、『インターネット出願システム ログイン』ボタンよりログインしてください。
Web登録後に発行された受付番号（12桁）とメールアドレス、生年月日でログインすることができます。

なお、入学検定料をまだお支払いになっていない場合は、お手数ですが再度、はじめから登録し直してください。
（※支払期限内に入金がない場合、前回のご登録は自動的にキャンセルとなりますのでご注意ください。）

試験区分によって異なりますので、学生募集要項をご確認のうえ、書類受付期限に間に合うように入学検定料のお支払いと出願書類の発送を完了してください。

出願期間の終了日が近くなるとアクセス集中の為、繋がりにくくなることがあります。余裕をもって出願登録をお願いします。

◆出願書類の準備が完了しましたら、『インターネット出願システム ログイン』ボタンよりログインして印刷したPDFファイル内にある出願書類提出用宛名シートを市販の封筒（角形2号サイズ）「240mm×332mm」に貼付してご郵送ください。

◆送付時に気を付けること

1. 学生募集要項で指定された送付方法をご確認ください。 指定された送付方法以外では出願が認められない場合があります。
2. 出願書類を折り曲げずに封筒に入れてください。 A4用紙は市販の封筒（角形2号サイズ）に折り曲げないで入ります。
3. 送付時に渡される郵便局の「書留・配達記録郵便物受領証（お各様控）」を大切に保管してください。 輸送事故が起こった場合に送付したことを証明する書類になります。

◆Things to be aware of when sending

3. Please keep the acceptance certificate ("registered letter receipt" etc. at post offices) that you will receive when you send it. It is a document to prove that it was sent when a transportation accident occurred.

※この時「ページサイズ処理」は、「実際のサイズ」にチェックを入れて印刷してください。
「用紙に合わせる・大きいページを縮小」などとした場合、正式に受け付けられないことがあります。
※必ず片面印刷にしてください。（両面印刷は書類として認められません）

以下の要件を満たす紙を使用してください。

1. 白い普通紙：普通紙にもメーカーによって固有の名前をつけているものがあり、「普通紙」という表示がないものがありますが、一般的には普通紙、PPC用紙、OA共用紙、コピー用紙などと表示されています。 白色のものを使用してください。
   （※使用してはいけない紙：フォト用紙・マット紙・光沢紙・厚みのある用紙・色のついた紙・切り取りミシンの入った紙）
2. A4サイズ：A4サイズとは、サイズが「210mm×297mm」のものです。
   文房具店、コンビニエンスストア等で購入してください。

【入学検定料の支払い前】
お手数ですが再度、はじめから登録し直してください。
新たに【お支払いに必要な番号】が通知されますので、新しい番号で入学検定料をお支払いください。
（※支払期限内に入金がない場合、前回のご登録は自動的にキャンセルとなりますのでご注意ください。）

【入学検定料を支払った後】
入学検定料を支払った後に入力内容の間違いに気づいた場合は、修正できません。
至急直接大学へ連絡し、その旨をお伝えください。

アップロードできる写真ファイルは「jpeg,jpg,png,bmp」かつ、ファイルサイズが2MBまでとなります。

【通信制限】
ネットワーク環境によっては、ファイルのアップロードが制限されている場合があります。
制限のかかっていない環境からの出願をお勧めします。

【拡張子の変更】
拡張子を手動で変換をしたファイルは、正常にアップロードできませんのでご注意ください。
