初めての方は、出願手続きをはじめる前に必ず下記をご確認ください。

インターネット出願が初めての方は「マイページ登録」ボタンからマイページ登録をしてください。

「ログイン」ボタンより登録したマイページへアクセスしてください。
アクセス後、「出願する」ボタンより試験区分・出願専攻・個人情報など必要事項を入力ください。

※出願にあたり顔写真データ（ファイル種類（jpeg,jpg,png,bmp）、最大10MBまで）が必要です。
　写真は本人確認及び入学後の学生証作成に使用します。
　出願前3ヶ月以内に撮影した正面、上半身、脱帽、背景なし、のカラー写真データをご用意下さい。

コンビニエンスストア、金融機関ATM【Pay-easy】、インターネットバンキング、クレジットカードのいずれかでお支払いください。
検定料の支払いには支払方法に関わらず、検定料の他に手数料が必要となります。

※検定料のお支払前に出願内容の誤りに気付いた場合は、検定料を納入せずに、もう一度Step３から登録をやり直してください。
　支払期限までに検定料が支払われなかった場合、出願登録は無効となります。

出願書類を出願受付期間内（消印有効）に「書留・速達」にて郵送してください。

※出願書類は市販の角２封筒（240mm×332mm）に、「宛名シート」を貼り付けて使用してください。

※出願受付期間内（消印有効）に書類提出を行わなかった場合は、出願完了とならず、試験を受験することはできません。

※「受験票・写真票」又は「受験番号の確認」のダウンロード可能日時になりましたら、ダウンロードと印刷を必ず行ってください。
　ダウンロード可能日時は各募集要項に記載しております。
　また、試験当日は「受験票・写真票」を必ず持参してください。

If you are a first-time applicant, please be sure to read the following before beginning the application process.
Please refer to the application guide or the university website for the details of the entrance examination.

If this is your first time to apply online, please click the "Register My Page" button to register your My Page.

Click on the "Login" button to access your "My Page Registration."
After accessing the page, click the "Online Application" button and enter the required information, such as the examination category, subject of the application, and personal information.

*You will need to submit a photo (jpeg, jpg, png, bmp file types, up to 10 MB) when you apply.
The photo will be used for identification and to create a student ID card after enrollment.
Photos must be in color and clearly show the applicants face. Applicants should not wearing a hat, the background should be plain, and the photo must have been taken within three months of the application.

Please pay at a convenience store, ATM [Pay-easy] at a financial institution, by online banking, or by credit card.
Regardless of the payment method, you will be charged a fee in addition to the examination fee.

*If you notice an error in your application before paying the application fee, please do not pay the application fee and register again from Step 3.

*If the application fee is not paid by the due date, your application registration will be invalid.

Please send the application documents by "Registered/Express Mail" postmarked within the application acceptance period.

*Please use a commercially available envelope (240mm x 332mm) with an address sheet attached.

*If you do not submit the documents by the end of the application period (postmarked valid), your application will not be considered complete, and you will not be allowed to take the examination.

Please be sure to download and print the Examination Certificate/Photo Certificate" or "Confirmation Notice of Examinee Number" when it becomes available for downloading.
The available download date and time are listed in each application guide.
Please be sure to bring the "Examination Certificate/Photo Certificate" with you on the day of the examination.
