出願手続きを始める前に必ず学生募集要項をご確認ください
出願に必要な書類は、発行、作成に時間が要する場合があります。早めに準備を始めてください。
Carefully peruse the Application Guidelines of each graduate school before applying online.
Some required documents may take time to issue and prepare, so please be sure to leave enough time for the preparation.

WEB出願が初めての方は「マイページ登録」ボタンからマイページ登録をしてください。
If you are applying through this application system for the first time, please click the "MyPage registration" button to register your MyPage.

「ログイン」ボタンより登録したマイページへアクセスしてください。
アクセス後、「出願手続きを行う」ボタンより入試区分・学部学科/研究科専攻・個人情報など必要事項を入力してください。
Click on the "Login" button to access the MyPage you have registered.
After accessing your MyPage, click on the "Carry out the application procedure" button and fill in the necessary information such as the admission category, graduate school/department, personal information, and so on.

※顔写真データ（ファイル種類（jpeg,jpg,png,bmp）、最大10MBまで）が必要です。
　写真は本人確認に利用します。
　出願前3ヶ月以内に撮影した正面、上半身、脱帽、背景なし、のカラー写真データをご用意下さい。
※Facial photo data is required for your application (file type (jpeg, jpg, png, bmp), up to 10MB).
　The photo will be used to verify your identity.
　Please prepare a color photograph taken within 3 months prior to your application - frontal view, upper body, no hat, and solid background.

コンビニエンスストア、金融機関ATM【Pay-easy】、インターネットバンキング、クレジットカードのいずれかでお支払いください。
入学検定料の支払いには支払方法に関わらず、入学検定料の他に手数料が必要となります。
Please make your payment at a convenience store, by credit card, via internet banking, or at an ATM [Pay-easy].
Regardless of the payment method, a service fee will be charged in addition to the entrance examination fee.

※入学検定料のお支払前に出願内容の誤りに気付いた場合は、入学検定料を納入せずに、もう一度Step３から登録をやり直してください。
　支払期限までに入学検定料が支払われなかった場合、出願登録は無効となります。
※If you find an error in your application information before paying the entrance examination fee, please redo the registration process from Step 3 without paying the entrance examination fee.
　If the entrance examination fee is not paid by the due date, the application registration will be considered invalid.

登録したマイページにログインをして、「入学願書」等を印刷してください。
Please login to your registered MyPage and print out the Application Form for Admission.

※入学願書（PDF）を出力するため、A4普通紙に印刷することができるカラーもしくはモノクロプリンターが必要です。
　印刷用紙(普通紙・PPC用紙・OA共通用紙・コピー用紙等)とともにご用意ください。
※In order to print out the admission application form (PDF), a color printer or a monochrome printer that can print on plain A4 paper is required.
　Please prepare the printer along with printing paper (plain paper, PPC paper, OA common paper, or copy paper, etc.).

印刷した「入学願書」等と他の必要書類（証明書等）を合わせて受付期限までに届くよう「書留・速達」にて郵送してください。
Please send the printed "Application Form for Admission" and other required documents (certificates, etc.) by registered mail or express mail so that they will be delivered by the deadline.

出願を受理した方には、出願期間締切後登録されたメールアドレスへ受験票の印刷（step7）のご案内を送信します。
After your application has been completed, you will receive an email informing you to print the examination admission ticket (step 7).

※受験票のダウンロードが可能になりましたら、出願時に登録したアドレスへメールにて通知します。
　各募集要項に記載されている期日までにメールが届かない場合は、マイページにログインをし、受験票を必ず印刷して試験当日持参してください。
※You will be notified by email when your examination admission ticket is ready to be downloaded.
　If you do not receive an email by the deadline specified in the Application Guidelines, please login to your MyPage, print out your examination admission ticket, and bring it with you on the day of the exam.
