入学手続方法については、「入学手続の手引」を必ずご確認ください。入学手続期間や必要書類が記載されています。
入学手続期間の最終日までにStep1～Step6をすべて完了する必要があります。郵送書類は期間内必着となりますので、余裕をもって手続きをお願いします。

Before starting the enrollment application, please make sure to read "2026 Enrollment Guide" carefully. It contains information on the enrollment application period and required documents.

Step 1 to Step 6 must be completed by the last day of the enrollment procedure period. Documents to be sent via post must arrive by the end of the period, so please complete the procedures well in advance.

既入会者（本学卒業生）以外すべての方に入学時に同窓会費の納付をお願いしております。「長岡技術科学大学同窓会の案内」を確認いただき、郵便払込票にて振込手続きをお願いします。「長岡技術科学大学同窓会の案内」は大学Webサイトに掲載しています。

本ページの「入学手続ログインページへ」ボタンから入学手続サイトへログインし、サイト内の指示に沿って、学生・保証人情報など必要事項を入力してください。

※入力画面途中での一時保存ができません。無操作時のタイムアウト時間は60分です。
※顔写真データが必要です。アップロードできるよう下記のとおり用意してください。
　・ファイルサイズは最大10MBまで
　・出願前3ヶ月以内に撮影した正面、上半身、脱帽、背景なし、のカラー写真

入学料の免除申請、徴収猶予申請をする方は保険料等のみ納付していただきます。免除申請、保険料等については本学Webサイトを確認してください。入学料を納付された方は免除申請、徴収猶予申請できませんので、注意してください。納付された入学料はいかなる場合も返還いたしません。
コンビニエンスストア、金融機関ATM【Pay-easy】、インターネットバンキング、クレジットカードのいずれかでお支払いください。支払方法に関わらず、入学料等の他に手数料が必要となります。

If you apply for Exemption/Postponement of Admission Fee, you will pay only for student insurances fee at this time. Please refer to the university website for detailed information on the Exemption/Postponement of Admission Fee and the student insurance fee.Please note that once you have paid for admission fee, you will no longer be able to apply for Exemption/Postponement of Admission Fee. Also, once the fee is paid, it is non-refundable for any reason.
For payment method, you can use convenience store, credit card, Post office, bank ATM, or Net banking. Handling fee will occur for all payment method.

入学料等の納付が完了すると、マイページで、「誓約書」「保証書」「宛名ラベル」が印刷できるようになります。「誓約書」「保証書」に必要事項を手書きで記入してください。

Once your payment is completed, you will be able to print the "Pledge," and "Envelope Address Label" on ”My Page Top". (Form 2: 保証書 is not requried for international students) Please fill out the "Pledge" by hand.　

市販の封筒（角形2号）に、印刷した「封筒用宛名」を貼り、指定された必要書類を入学手続期間内に必着となるよう郵送もしくは窓口へ持参してください。

入学時期になったら
Beginning of April

令和８年４月４日（土）に、卒業証明書等、「入学手続の手引」に記載されている提出書類を持参してください。

On Saturday, April 4, 2026, bring the rest of required document, such as Certificate of Graduation/Course etc., indicated on the "2026 Enrollment Guide"
