インターネット出願が初めての方は「マイページ登録」ボタンからマイページ登録をしてください。
If this is your first time to use this online application, please click "MyPage Registration" to proceed with your registration.

「ログイン」ボタンより登録したマイページへアクセスしてください。
アクセス後、「出願手続きを行う」ボタンより必要事項を入力ください。
Click "Login" to access your MyPage.
Once accessed, click "Proceed with Application" and enter necessary information.

※出願にあたり顔写真データ（ファイル種類（jpeg,jpg,png,bmp）、最大10MBまで）が必要です。
写真は本人確認に利用します。
出願前3ヶ月以内に撮影した正面、上半身、脱帽、背景なしのカラー写真データをご用意下さい。
※Your face photo (jpeg, jpg, png, or bmp) is required. The file size should not exceed 10 MB.
The photo is used for your identification verification.
Please prepare a photo (of your upper body, no hat, facing front) taken within 3 months prior to submission .

コンビニエンスストア、金融機関ATM【Pay-easy】、インターネットバンキング、クレジットカードのいずれかでお支払いください。
入学検定料の支払いには支払方法に関わらず、入学検定料の他に手数料が必要となります。
Please make a payment at a convenience store or ATM (Pay-easy), with internet banking, or by credit card.
Regardless of the payment method, there will be a handling fee charged in addition to the examination fee.

※入学検定料のお支払前に出願内容の誤りに気付いた場合は、入学検定料を納入せずに、もう一度Step３から登録をやり直してください。
支払期限までに入学検定料が支払われなかった場合、出願登録は無効となります。
※If you find an error in application information, please go back to Step3 without making the required payment.
Application registration is invalid when the payment is not made in time.

登録したマイページにログインをして、「入学願書」等を印刷してください。
Please login your MyPage and print the Application Form and other required material(s).

※入学願書（PDF）を出力するため、A4普通紙に印刷することができるカラーもしくはモノクロプリンターが必要です。
印刷用紙(普通紙・PPC用紙・OA共通用紙・コピー用紙等)とともにご用意ください。
※You will need a printer, color or monochrome, and A4 paper to print the Application Form (pdf).

印刷した「入学願書」等と他の出願書類（証明書等）を合わせて出願期間（必着）までに届くよう「書留・速達」にて郵送してください。
Please send the printed Application Form and other application documents (certificates, etc.) by registered express postal mail ("kakitome, sokutatsu") so that they arrive NO LATER than the application period.

出願を受理した方には、出願期間締切後登録されたメールアドレスへ受験票・受験案内の印刷（step7）のご案内を送信します。
If your application is accepted, you will receive a message concerning Step7 (To Print the Examination Card and Instructions) to your registered email address.

※受験票・受験案内のダウンロードが可能になりましたら、出願時に登録したアドレスへメールにて通知します。
学生募集要項に記載されている期日までにメールが届かない場合は、マイページにログインをし、受験票・受験案内を必ず印刷して試験当日持参してください。
※You will be notified by email when you can download the Examination Card and Examination Instructions to the address you registered.
If you do not receive the email by the time specified in the Application Guidelines, please login to your MyPage and print out the Examination Card and Instructions. Please make sure to bring them with you on the day of the examination.
