Payment Methods
*A separate handling fee is required for all payment methods; however, there may be exceptions where the fee is waived.
When paying at a convenience store
Please bring the necessary numbers or barcodes listed in the payment method instructions (such as the "payment slip number," "customer number," "confirmation number," "online payment number" or barcode) to one of the listed convenience stores and complete your payment there.

There is a deadline for payment. The specific date and time of the payment deadline are listed on the confirmation screen of your application details, so please check there for more information.
※ If payment is not made by the deadline, your application will be automatically canceled.

<Notes>
※ The maximum amount that can be paid at a convenience store is 300,000 yen. Payments cannot be divided into installments. For amounts exceeding this limit, please select an alternative payment method.
※ The fee you paid is non-refundable.
※ Payments cannot be made at bank ATMs located inside convenience stores.
Payment at
7-Eleven
1. Tell the store staff at the cashier that you want to pay for the Internet bill.
2. Give your payment slip number (13 digits) and pay by cash, nanaco, or credit card.
3. Please be sure to collect your receipt (payment receipt) and a ticket (1 copy).
4. The "Receipt (payment receipt) and Ticket (1 copy)" will be your personal copy. It is not necessary to submit it to the University.
Payment at Lawson, MINISTOP 1. Touch "Those who have numbers".
2. Enter your customer number (11 digits) and touch "Next".
3. Touch "Multi-Payment Service" (for various payments).
4. Enter the confirmation number (6 digits) and touch "Next".
5. Check the displayed information and touch "Confirm".
6. Please take the receipt output from the terminal and pay cash at the cashier within 30 minutes.
7. Please be sure to collect the "Details of Payment and Receipt".
8. The "Details of Payment and Receipt" will be your personal copy. It is not necessary to submit it to the University.
Payment at FamilyMart 1. Touch the "Payment (at the convenience store)".
2. Enter your customer number (11 digits) and touch "Next".
3. Enter the confirmation number (6 digits) and touch "Next".
4. Check the displayed information and touch "Confirm".
5. Please take the receipt output from the terminal and pay cash at the cashier within 30 minutes.

Payment at Daily Yamazaki 1. Tell the store staff at the cashier that you want to make an online payment.
2. Enter your online payment number (11 digits) and pay by cash.
3. Please be sure to collect your receipt (payment receipt).
4. The "Receipt" will be your personal copy. It is not necessary to submit it to the University.
Payment at Seicomart 1. Tell the store staff at the cashier that you want to pay for the Internet bill.
2. Enter your online payment number (11 digits) and pay by cash.
3. Please be sure to collect the "Details of Payment".
4. The "Details of Payment" will be your personal copy. It is not necessary to submit it to the University.
When paying using a credit card
There is a deadline for payment. The specific date and time of the payment deadline are listed on the confirmation screen of your application details, so please check there for more information.

Payment by Credit card 1. From the payment method selection screen, please click on the button "Proceed with credit card payment procedures".
2. You will temporarily leave this site (e-apply) and be redirected to an external site operated by GMO Payment Gateway, Inc. Please follow the instructions on the screen to enter the required information.
When paying at an ATM (post office or bank)
ATM payments are available only at certain banks.
View the list of banks that support ATM payments.
ATM payments are also available at JA Bank.
Payments cannot be made at shared ATMs used by multiple banks, such as those located inside convenience stores.
When you click ATM on the Payment Method screen, the following information will be displayed:Payment Institution Number (5 digits), Customer Number (11 digits), and Confirmation Number (6 digits).Please bring this information and make your payment at a Pay-easy–compatible ATM of a financial institution displaying the Pay-easy logo.

Due to ATM limitations, cash payments are limited to ¥100,000. For payments exceeding this amount, please use the bank’s cash card (ATM card).
The maximum payment amount when using a cash card depends on the limit set by your bank. Please check the applicable limit directly with your financial institution.
If an ATM payment attempt fails or is interrupted during the process, you may be unable to proceed with another payment attempt for up to 60 minutes.
Payment by ATM Actions on This Website
1. On the system payment screen, proceed from Other Payment Methods and select ATM.
2. Please check the list of financial institution logos.ATM payments are available only at the financial institutions shown.ATM payments cannot be made at financial institutions not listed.
3. Bring the information shown on the screen—Payment Institution Number (5 digits), Customer Number (11 digits), and Confirmation Number (6 digits)—and make your payment at a Pay-easy–compatible ATM of one of the listed financial institutions.

4. Touch the "pay tax and fee".
5. Enter the [payment institution number (5 digits)], [customer number (11 digits)], and [confirmation number (6 digits)].
6. Check the displayed information and touch "Confirm".
7. Select the method of payment (cash, cash card).
8. After completing your payment, please collect the transaction statement. This document serves as proof of payment.
※ Please note that the operating procedure differs depending on the financial institution you use.
When paying using an online banking
Please make the payment using your online bank account as written in the payment methods.
Online banking payments are available only at certain banks.(An online banking service agreement with your bank is required in advance.)
