「追加情報表示」欄に受験番号が表示されます。
成績開示を希望する入試区分についても併せてご確認ください。
※Web出願と同様のシステムを使用しているため、送信メールを含め、
一部出願に関する文言になっています。 ご了承ください。

メンテナンスにより以下の期間は全ての機能がご利用できなくなります。
2025年5月27日 午前 1：00 ～ 午前 6：00
※メンテナンス画面に切り替わり、ログインをはじめとした一切の操作ができなくなります。
例えば登録作業が完了していても、メンテナンス中はお支払い操作や書類の印刷などができません。
期間に余裕をもったご利用をお願い致します。
※入力途中のままメンテナンス時間に入った場合、入力途中の内容が失われるケースがあります。
万一入力途中のデータが消えてしまった場合は、お手数ですが再度入力をやり直してください。
※一時保存したデータは引き続きご利用いただけます。
Due to maintenance, all functionalities will be unavailable during the following period:
May 27, 2025, 1:00 AM to 6:00 AM
The system will switch to a maintenance screen, and all operations, including logging in, will be unavailable.
For example, even if your registration is complete, you will not be able to make payments or print documents during maintenance.
We strongly recommend planning your activities with enough time to avoid any inconvenience.
If you are in the process of inputting data when maintenance begins, there is a possibility that your input data will be lost.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and kindly ask that you re-enter your information if this occurs.
Temporarily saved data will remain available.
