Online Application Procedure

  • Step1PREPARATION AND CONFIRMATION OF ONLINE APPLICATION SYSTEM

    If you are a first-time applicant of TMDU, please be sure to read the following before applying.
    Please refer to the application guidelines or the school's website for the detailed information of the entrance examinations.

  • Step2MY PAGE REGISTRATION

    If you are a first-time applicant, please click the "My Page Registration" button to create an account on My Page.

  • Step3 ONLINE APPLICATION

    Click the "Log in" button to access the registered My Page.
    After accessing My Page, click the "Apply" button and enter the required information including the entrance examination category, department, and personal information.

    *Photo data (jpeg, jpg, png, bmp file types, up to 10 MB) is required for application.The photo will be used for identification purposes.
    Please prepare color photo data of front, upper body, hatless, without background, taken within 3 months before application.

  • Step4PAYMENT

    Please make payment at a convenience store, ATM [Pay-easy] at banking facilities, Online banking, or credit card.
    Regardless of the payment method, a handling fee will be charged in addition to the examination fee.

    *If you notice an error in your application before payment, please re-register from Step 3 again without paying the examination fee.
    If the examination fee is not paid by the due date, your application will be invalidated.

  • Step5PRINTING REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

    Please log in to My Page and print out the "Address sheet" and other documents.

    *To print out the Address sheet (PDF), you should prepare a color or black-and-white printer capable of printing on A4 paper.
    Please prepare printing paper (plain paper, PPC paper, common OA paper, copy paper, etc.).

  • Step6MAILING REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

    Please send required documents (certificates, etc.) by registered express mail or courier to arrive by the deadline.

    *Please send your application documents in a envelope (240mm x 332mm size) affixed with the "Address sheet" printed out when you print the application form.

  • Once your application is accepted, an invitation to print the examination admission slip (step 7) will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

  • Step7PRINTING EXAMINATION ADMISSION SLIP

    *When the examination admission slip becomes ready for download, it will be notified to the e-mail address you registered at the time of application.
    Even if you do not receive the e-mail by the date stated in application guidelines, please log in to My Page, print out the examination admission slip and bring it with you on the examination day.
